GrowPad is an online platform for people receiving guidance with topics such as money, housing, health, work, or personal development. Each resident has their own growth process in the platform, with personal goals they can work toward together with coaches.

I worked on this project at B302 as a frontend developer.

Context

According to the B302 GrowPad project page, the existing platform had become outdated and was no longer user-friendly enough for the people using it. Both coaches and residents could lose overview, which made it harder to follow progress and keep growth plans clear.

Design language

B302 redesigned and rebuilt the platform with a new design system. The updated style was not only meant to improve the visual appearance, but also to make the platform easier to use, more accessible, and easier to navigate.

My role

As a frontend developer, my work focused on turning the redesigned interface into usable screens and flows. The goal was to help create a clearer experience for residents, coaches, and organisations using GrowPad.

The renewed GrowPad platform helps residents work toward their personal goals while giving coaches and involved organisations better insight into growth plans, statuses, and statistics. This makes it easier for coaches to support residents and maintain overview throughout the process.

This meant paying attention to:

• translating design work into frontend components;
• keeping screens understandable and consistent;
• supporting navigation through the platform;
• building UI that helps users keep track of goals, statuses, and progress.
